NIRA Leaders Professional Development Training was held on the 27th and 28th of April 2019. The trainers were Elmida Sarić and Džejna Bajramović. After completing the training sessions, both groups from Zenica (students of the University of Zenica and members of the ZADA Association) received certificates. As until now, the training venue was the Faculty of Law in Zenica. This two-day training was organized to help the members of the ZADA Association to inspect the steps and phases of writing the project plan and proposal to see the difference between different project sections such as content, goals, budget, results, target groups, and even more.

Then the participants were trained in project writing according to case studies, ambitions and careers tests, business sphere, tests and exercises like personal branding, CV writing, and interview preparation to help them to link and to find a relationship within professional and personal spheres. With great pleasure we must point out that some participants have already started their ideas and initiatives, writing projects and the applying process.
